A fantastic investment firm in the heart of London are looking for a pro-active receptionist to join their team. You will be working close by with their permanent receptionist, carrying out tasks such as admin, organising events, invoicing and practicing general HR duties daily.
Ideally a receptionist who is educated to A-Level, having excellent communication skills, is a team player and who has strong attention to detail- high levels of organisation and discretion is a must within this role due to the nature of the company.
