Great opportunity to join an ethical, forwarding thinking tech company as a Customer Care Representative. The role is to manage all aspects of customer enquiries for their Intelligent EV Charging Cable, including queries, support, troubleshooting and after care.
You will provide product/services information and, liaising with the technical team, resolve any problems or questions that customers may have with respect to the product. You will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
