A small Boutique Finance Company in Central London are looking for a EA/Office Manager to start immediately. The role is on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. 

Job Duties: 

- Provide general EA support to Partners as required including diary, travel, client contact, personal errands and work

- Ensure office supplies including stationery, office, printing and kitchen are in place, manage secure shredding process

- Provide diary and travel support to wider team as required

- Personal work for Partners from time to time

Skills and experience required: 

- Experience working as a EA

- Experience within Office Management

- Working in a small boutique environment

- Proficient with Microsoft systems

The role is paying up to £25ph + holiday and NI
