Office Manager + Office admin, adhoc PA duties, Asset Management, Central London, £40k - 45k (ID:7111)
Our successful finance client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team located in their new offices in the City. Looking after an office of approx 80pp, the role will be office based 5 days a week, hours 9-5pm (potentially long term Fridays wfh).
This will be a busy and diverse role however at times it will be quiet and so it is essential that their new hire is proactive, forward thinking and eager to use their quiet time in a productive way. Duties will be mainly focused on Office Management however you will also be required to assist with any administrative support as required by the wider office along with adhoc PA duties, i.e arranging travel.
The successful candidate will have solid OM experience, happy being the 'go to' person, genuinely enjoy helping wherever is needed, a flexible attitude, lots of' common sense and the mindset of 'how can I make this better, 2 steps ahead thinking. An upbeat, positive personality with strong communication skills.
