Our West End based investment client are urgently seeking an experienced Team PA to provide support to their busy Investment Team.

This is a high-level team assistant role supporting an Investment Partner, two Principals, and a Senior Associate to ensure smooth running in their business lives.

The successful candidate needs to be non-precious and adaptable, whilst you will be booking extensive travel, managing diaries acting as gatekeeper etc, you will also be required to photocopy, cover other team’s assistants on adhoc occasions, muck in and help the wider company teams if needed.

Whilst the role says Team Assistant,  it's more of an EA/PA role and experience working in finance, ideally investment is essential.  They are seeking someone  down-to-earth and happy to support multiple people in a fast paced corporate environment.

Along with typical PA duties you will also;

• Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact
• Maintain department databases including salesforce
• Research on investors/projects
• Process expenses
• Assist with filing and admin
• Cover holidays of other TAs in the company
