Part Time Office Administrator For Globally Renowned Firm (ID:7303)
We are
currently recruiting for a part time office administrator (split across 5 short
days) to join them at their stunning offices right in the heart of central London.
They have a truly global reach due to the nature of their business and the huge
variety of clients they work with from around the world. Whilst this is a part
time, hybrid role, it is very much fast paced and varied and as a result will
need someone on the ball who can adapt and prioritise effectively. The team in
place are incredibly welcoming and friendly and this role will work closely
alongside their FD. In addition to the office administration their will be some
ad-hoc reception work, travel booking for the directors, some HR and invoicing
in addition to marketing (for which InDesign experience would be very useful).
They are looking for someone with a few years’ experience who is proactive and able
to ensure the smooth operation of their office. If you possess all these
