Our client, a very successful boutique finance firm based in St. Pauls is seeking a senior Operations/People Manager to cover a 1 year maternity contract starting as soon as possible.  Offering hybrid working and standard working hours of 9-5, you will be working with a supportive, friendly and committed team in carrying out a wide variety of duties. These will include: Property projects, managing the PA and Support Services team, managing key relationships both internally and externally including Partners in their European offices, the Head of HR and team, and the company landlords, property agents, and higher value service providers including corporate travel.  Other areas of responsibility include health and safety, working closely with HR, FOH and office management, and acting as a lead on business continuity. Looking for similar level experience gained within finance or professional services and have the ability to hit the ground running.  Must be professional, a key relationship builder, personable, committed, and able to demonstrate having carried out a similar role at senior level.  A superb opportunity if seeking an involved and challenging role working on a hybrid basis and with a supportive, and collaborative team.
