An Investment Management Firm specialising in Clean Energy are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to start asap. 

Job duties: 

• Front of house reception and telephone

• Planning office social activities

• Maintaining office supplies

• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

• Liaise with building management and other third parties

• Manage health and safety within the office

Skills and experience required: 

• Experience managing an Office 

• Great communication skills

• 2-3years working as an Office Co-ordinator

The role would be paying up to £35,000 per annum
