A fantastic Boutique Investment Firm are looking for a pro-active Receptionist to join their close-knit team of 50 in the heart of London. This firm is brilliantly modern that offers an immaculate office space with a calm and down the earth environment. Day-to-day activities will include receiving office visitors, maintaining a clean working office, liaise with couriers, screen incoming calls, posts and emails as well as place orders for office supplies. There is also scope to brand into a PA role with progression which is also super exciting.
Ideally looking for a Receptionist that has prior experience in a similar industry (1-2 years approx.) who is also a good multi-tasker whilst being efficient and organised. If you are a Receptionist that has mastered communication skills, is friendly and humble, that also is a team player and has a positive and flexible approach when working, you will most certainly thrive within this role.
