A prestigious Financial Firm are
looking for a reliable and pro-active Executive
Assistant to join their dynamic team in the buzz of Central London! They are
looking for someone who is super friendly and relaxed but with a muck- in
attitude to help with day-to-day activities such dairy and travel management,
complete expense and scheduling, as well as all traditional EA duties.
This is a really unique temporary
role, with an amazing opportunity for the right person to go permanent. The Company
is also offering flexible working, where you can work from home for up to 3 days
per week.
Ideally looking for a EA with minimum
5+ years of Personal Assistant’s experience, that is confident at multi-tasking,
great problem solver that takes initiative daily. An EA with a Corporate or
Professional Industry background would be highly desirable!
