Exciting Admin/Marketing Role In The City! (ID:7576)
We are
looking for a confident, detail-oriented administrator and marketing assistant to
join our client at their beautiful offices in central London. Reporting into
the head of marketing and project operations there will be a wide range of
responsibilities. In terms of administration, you will be helping to
co-ordinate their programmes, maintain records and spreadsheets and managing
the inbox. In terms of marketing, you will have regular meetings with the
marketing executives, update the website and social media, act as the main point
of contact for events and webinars and coordinate with panellists. In additions
there will be lots of liaising with members of the organisation. They are looking
for a solid administrator, ideally with a background in marketing or legal,
with excellent communication skills, strong organisation and prioritisation abilities
