Administrator/Marketing Assistant in Award Winning Chambers (ID:7580)
An award winning client within the legal sector is looking for a detail-oriented,
professional and proactive administrator/marketing assistant to join their team
based in the heart of Central London. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Project
Operations, you will be acting as the lynchpin for all administration and
marketing, such as coordinating their pupillage program, maintaining records,
spreadsheets and inboxes. You will also be responsible for updating and rejuvenating
their website with news updates, as well as acting as the main point of contact
for their webinars and events.
The successful candidate will be a solid administrator with a creative eye, ideally
with a background in legal or marketing, however this is not essential. The candidate
must have excellent both written and verbal communication skills, strong
organisation and multitasking skills, as well as confidence in liaising with members
