The role surrounds providing excellent customer service to international patients and their families, with a focus on efficiency, emotional intelligence and understanding. You will also be responsible for the patient care journey providing administrative support as well as relationship management. The ideal candidate will have already have established customer service experience as well as a key eye for detail and dealing with information accurately and with discretion.
