An incredible and forward thinking global charity is looking for an HR advisor to join them on a 12 month FTC. Headquartered in Central London, you also have the opportunity to work from home as well. This is a newly created role due to growth with their international recruitment. You will be working closely in a team of 3 and will report into the Head of HR who is amazing and very supportive. Your role is vast in scope and will include advising line mangers on policies, procedures, contract changes, ER issues etc. You will also have the chance to implement the staff engagement agenda and provide support for disciplinaries and appeals. You must have a minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience, ideally in a large global company where you have liaised extensively with internal stakeholders. You must have a strong knowledge of UK employment law as well as experience reviewing and drafting policies and procedures. Previous CIPD qualifications are hugely desirable!
