This role will be integral to the business and the scope to develop with the business is huge. You will be working as part of a small, close-knit team of 5, that has also retained its buzzy trade-floor environment, despite its small size. The Managing Partner is a compelling and charismatic character that is at the top of her game, she will a fantastic boss, that will challenge and stretch the right individual to build a lively and progressive working relationship. This role will also entail support to two other individuals, and a muck-in, helpful approach is required. The role will be extremely fast-paced, and the right candidate will enjoy scheduling, diary management, database management, expenses, as well as assisting with the continual growth of the business, this may include additional projects. Ideally the candidate will come from a Private Equity/ investment or alternative finance background, however other corporate comparable industries will also be relevant.
