This global software company are looking for an Operations and HR Manager.
The role will be working alongside the Managing Director, and it encompasses looking after all the EMEAA + APAC offices. You will be managing their offices, renewing contracts, keeping vendor relations, and maintaining legal documents. The HR aspect of the role is highly functional and will include processing hiring and leaving and organising VISAs for workers between offices.
The role is very autonomous, and the managing director wants this person to be proactive and feel empowered to be able to implement new ideas and projects where they see necessary.
To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced operations and HR manager with a forward thinking and ‘can do’ attitude being able to implement new ideas and add a fresh way of thinking.
Their office is based in the city, and you would be working with an interesting team of like-minded people, it comes with hybrid working, an excellent bonus and benefits package.
