Receptionist / Administrator for Finance Company in Embankment 3 month FTC (ID:10886)
We are looking for a receptionist / administrator to join a finance company based in Embankment. This is a 3 month fixed term contract which may well then be extended. This will be for 33-35k and will be 9-6 or 8.30 to 5.30.
- Manage office appearance including leasing with service providers, cleaners and utilities providers
- Manage the switchboard
- Keep kitchen and coffee machine clean
- Prepare invoices and bills
- Orders for kitchen and stationary supplies
- Assist facilities and IT projects
- 4 years minimum reception experience
- Proficient in MS Office
