A market leading financial publishing company based in Central London is seeking a HR Assistant to join the HR team. The team is responsible for ensuring a variety of HR transactions, services, and business reports, and are focused on providing the best operational service by driving employee engagement and being proactive in implementing change when necessary. The role will be for a duration of 4-months, and will be covering additional work as they are currently implementing a new HRIS.

The company are looking for someone who has a passion for HR and proven HR operations/shared services experience, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise at all levels with clients and senior staff. One of the main elements of this role is data entry and therefore the ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and analytical, with an ability to problem solve effectively. In addition to this you will show integrity and discretion in handling personal and confidential information.

On top of the hourly rate of £13-£15, the company also offers a range of benefits. It operates on a two-and-a-half day weekend and is very flexible with where you choose to work, allowing you to either work from home, in the office, or hybrid.
