Being part of the operations and support team means ensuring the smooth running of the agency, the office, reception and meeting rooms whilst providing an exceptional customer service, reporting to the Front of House Manager. This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career due to the active and varied nature of the role dealing with many various administrative and office-based needs including events, EA support and possible tech queries. Due to the role being front of house you will be the first smile people see so someone friendly and energetic is necessary and equally given the company’s go getter mindset someone enthusiastic who is willing to help no matter the size of the job would be a perfect fit.
Answer calls and redirect queries or relay messages, Check meeting room bookings, arranging upcoming meetings, Meet & greet external guests and client, Set up and clear meeting rooms, Ensure the Reception, Office & FoH areas are regularly checked and are kept clean, Distribute post, magazines, newspapers and deliveries, Collect fruit, newspapers, milk - store as needed and ensure snacks and drinks are stocked up, Ensure TV’s and Video Conferencing equipment is turned on, charged and in good working order, Support with stock checks and Sainsburys/Amazon/Viking orders, Ad hoc admin duties to support the rest of the operations team and cover absence.
Presentable and friendly, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an exceptional telephone manner, Pro-active problem solver, organised with good attention to detail, calm under pressure and works to deadlines, Hardworking, self-sufficient and focused, A flexible team player, Relevant similar experience preferable, Microsoft Office Proficient
