You will be reporting to the Office Manager taking full ownership and accountability for the smooth day to day operation of the London Head Office, ensuring the maintenance of exceptional standards that impact not only being the front of house but equally taking the lead to ensure the wider office team and environment are reflective of that high end luxury standard. A calm and polite demeanour is very much preferable to reflect the nature of the job and the company’s values. One wonderful thing about the nature of this job is that it is extremely dynamic and will constantly evolve as you develop yourself further within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
 Ensure the smooth running of the Head Office via administrative support; Manage and maintain the calendar for the office meeting rooms and events; Filter general information, emails, queries, phone calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate; Invoices processed and logged; Create and Implement office policies as guided by the Office Manager and HR Director; Processing of company expenses reports; Support HR team to ensure compliance; Oversee all Health and Safety records are updated regularly; Be actively involved in new projects/events as directed by Office Manager or HRD; Support other ad hoc projects and events such as coordinating Sample Sales, Summer or Christmas Party and other team building events
Necessary skills:
 • Strong and proven experience of working within a fast-moving client driven, luxury retail environment. • Ability to work to tight deadlines, be autonomous and have good attention to detail. • Ability to multitask • Confidence and proactivity • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to show professionalism, maturity and confidence. • A positive team player. • Ability to remain calm with a discrete manner, whilst maintaining professional relationships internally and externally. • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
