You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team in Birmingham which is part of an established recruitment group which even has international offices. This means your pathway to progression is wonderfully clear both internally within the Birmingham office and then externally through the company. Although the work is administrative team that you work with are supportive and efficient and they will expect that warmth and efficiency to show through your work. This job offers and intense but worthwhile bootcamp into the office world with lots of potential for career progression and so this is the perfect job for a graduate who is wanting to test themselves and get a true experience of office culture. Also not only will you gain office experience the skills you learn dealing with many administrative tasks will be useful in any office. Equally you get to closely know the directors, and in taking the calls you get your first experience dealing with our clients candidates but mostly developing a close relationship with the consultants who provide a lovely team culture. Due to our many offices including international and with our away days there is even the chance for relocation.
Key responsibilities: Taking calls, dealing with emails, event organisation, general infrastructural support, contributing to a work culture, CV mining and finding new leads
