Join a growing team of HR resourcers and play a key role in shaping the future of this company. As a Research and Resourcing Associate, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data to support the talent acquisition process within the company. You will work closely with the leadership team to streamline the resourcing process for all upcoming roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and engaging top talent for open and future vacancies across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Corporate functions.
- Building candidate pipelines and communicating with active/passive candidates.
- Utilizing sourcing platforms, ATS, and other tools to find top talent.
- Partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders to prioritize hiring needs.
- Identifying new sourcing techniques to build appropriate talent pipelines.
- Guiding and educating hiring managers and leaders on sourcing options.
- Arranging interviews for screened candidates.
- Recording key talent acquisition metrics and assisting with reporting.
Qualifications:
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proven delivery skills with the ability to manage multiple processes.
- Confident presentation and interviewing skills.
- Up to date with sourcing techniques and channels.
- Proactive networker with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
