We are seeking a talent Sourcer to join the recruitment team for a rapidly expanding, global finance company to work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment coordinator assisting with streamlining their internal recruitment processes.

This will be a varied and fast-paced role and the ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience within a recruitment role and have background knowledge around this. You will be creative with your approaches to interacting and mapping talent along with predicting and identifying upcoming candidates based on historical data.
