A renowned, global children’s charity are seeking a project and team coordinator to join them in their head office in central London and the option to work remotely. This charity supports children in their futures and provides life-saving help to children across the globe. This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic about charitable causes, and passionate about positive change.

The ideal candidate would be discreet and considerate as you will be communicating with a range of people. We require a coordinator to join them, initially for one month, to sit on the Transformation delivery team. You will responsible for Project coordination which would include tasks such as Managing participation lists, sending invites, venue booking, travel coordination and liaising with suppliers and partners. You will also be responsible for managing internal and external meetings, minute taking and producing meeting material, therefore you must be proficient on a computer and using Microsoft packages.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience within an office administration role and has experience in planning and organising events. You will be someone who is a proactive self-starter, is self-motivated and has high attention to detail.
