This is an amazing role for a really great educational charity looking for someone to join the team who wants to progress! We are initially recruiting on the temporary basis, however it could go permanent for the right person.

This role will provide executive support to the National Partnerships Director by managing a busy diary, scheduling external and internal meetings, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, setting agendas and minute taking for meetings whilst also taking the lead on keeping up to date records and managing sales pipeline in our CRM system.

The post holder will also provide general administrative support towards special projects undertaken by the wider Partnerships team. This post will sit alongside a small cohort of Executive Assistants & Administrators (three in total) within the School Partnerships team and will contribute to a well-functioning working environment for staff which meets national requirements. For this role you will need to commute to the Manchester office a couple times a month. The company's regional offices are based in Manchester, Birmingham and London. So occasional travel to other regional offices will be required.

Full time position, 37.5 hours a week. 9:30am-6pm. Hybrid working.

Temporary rate is £16-17 per hour.

Lovely supportive network, great for junior EA's would have 1-2 years experience and looking for next steps.
