Our client is searching for a proactive and dynamic customer service associate to join their thriving team.

Based in the heart of London you will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients via telephone and utilising the online chat system, answering queries and assisting with onboarding new clients. You will have the opportunity to thrive and show off your excellent customer service skills.

Ideally you will have at least one years office experience and a proven track record of providing exemplary customer service. However this role is much more about the right fit and possessing the attitude to excel!
