We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Associate to join a renowned Educational Charity. This fully remote role offers flexible working hours from 9am to 5:30pm, a competitive hourly rate of £12, and starts at the end of August for a duration of 2 months - with potential for extension!
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt email responses to inquiries in a clear and friendly manner.
- Identify and implement effective solutions to problems, and actively sharing best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey and maintain consistently excellent customer service.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service delivery and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, swiftly identifying and resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Works collaboratively and independently, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiency in computer/IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates initiative, taking proactive steps to address challenges and achieve goals.
