Our client is a renowned national educational company based in central London. They are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their friendly team in their brand new office for a minimum period of 1 year. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Team Lead and working closely with different teams ranging from Relationship Managers to Compliance and the Onboarding team.
This is a two to three month temporary position (potential to be extended) with a pay rate of £13 per hour. You will be working from home three days a week, and in their lovely offices for the other 2 days a week.
As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for communicating with their clients via their phone system, live chat, and shared mailboxes. You will also be helping with emails, data processing, updating client information on their system, and running documents through verification checks.
The ideal candidate should have at least some office/customer service experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
