An internationally-renowned Consultancy is seeking to hire a Lead EA with previous line management experience. Based near Victoria, the employer is offering around £60,000 dependent on experience and the working hours are 9:00-18:30 with the option to work from home 2 days-a-week.

Half of your time will be dedicated to managing the organisation's other EAs, and the other half to traditional EA duties. 

Responsibilities of the role include: line management of the organisation's administrative staff (around 15 employees), hold weekly meetings with these staff and listen to concerns/suggestions, diary management, travel arrangements, providing support to the HR Team and liaising with clients. 

The ideal candidate will have performed similar duties in the past, have strong mediation, communication and teamwork skills, possess a proactive attitude and experience working with CRM systems.
