Do you have Customer Service experience and excellent communication skills? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our client is a renowned international finance company based in central London. They are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their friendly team in their lovely offices. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Team Lead and working closely with different teams ranging from Relationship Managers to Compliance and the Onboarding team.
This is an ongoing role (minimum length of one year) and will be paying £14 per hour at first, and then can progress up to £16 per hour after a few months! You will be working from home three days a week, and in their offices for the other 2 days a week.
As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for communicating with their clients via their phone system, live chat, and shared mailboxes. You will also be helping with emails, data processing, updating client information on their system, and running documents through verification checks.
The ideal candidate should have office/customer service experience (ideally in finance), a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
