Our highly regarded client, a professional Private Equity company located in the West End, is seeking a new Team PA.
Working as part of a close knit team, collaborative, dedicated - who all work hard and socialise outside of work.
The role is to support 4 main Directors with ad-hoc to 3-4 others so must be happy supporting multiple people.
Traditional/client facing support – a fast paced role which will include coordinating very busy and complex diaries, travel, managing their client CRM system, assisting with ad-hoc events, expenses, looking after their private healthcare and other ad-hoc personal/private details.
4/1 with a Friday from home (occasional requirement to go in on a Friday).
Hours 9-6.
The successful person will have experience gained from fast paced, boutique feel companies, ideally finance - happy supporting multiple people. A strong communicator, happy to be client facing - a genuine team player.
A PA diploma and or graduate is ideally sought.
Progression encouraged.
