This is a pivotal role where you will act as the lynchpin between the clinical team and the clients, ensuring that every touchpoint is meticulously managed to reflect the company's high standards.
You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, optimising processes, and maintaining a consistently premium experience for every client who walks through the doors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Experience: Act as the main point of contact for all client interactions, from initial enquiries to post-treatment follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
• Clinic Operations: Manage daily schedules, treatment rooms, and clinic logistics, maintaining impeccable standards to support a smooth-running clinic environment.
• Process Optimisation: Develop and implement refined operational procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain a polished, luxury feel throughout the clinic.
• Support for Clinical Team: Coordinate with medical and aesthetic practitioners to optimise appointment flows, minimise downtime, and enable the clinical team to focus on delivering treatments.
• Data Management: Oversee client records and treatment data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Stock and Inventory: Monitor clinic supplies and manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent availability of products and equipment.
• Marketing Support: Assist with patient communications, promotional activities, and identifying opportunities to enhance the service offering.
• Growth Potential: As they continue to expand, they are seeking someone who can grow with the business, take on more responsibility, and potentially lead larger operational projects as they scale.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end medical, or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Exceptionally organised with strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Polished, professional demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and other operational tools.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
