In this role, you will support two senior heads efficiently managing their calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel across multiple time zones, and handling email and phone communications as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will provide high-level support to upto three individuals, with one requiring only limited assistance. Given the nature of the work, discretion and professionalism are essential, as you will be involved in highly confidential conversations. Additionally, you will assist with event planning and administrative duties as required.
