HR/People Manager – 6 month contract – Sports Charity Events – London - £50k (ID:2301)
Successful Sporting
Charity Events firm in central London are actively recruiting an interim People
Manager (HR Manager) to complete a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be working on a remote basis
initially however the office is open two days weekly. A fantastic, collaborative culture working
with a positive team who enjoy working within sporting charity events, relaxed,
sociable offices environment.
Key Duties:

Recruitment and selection
·
Screening and interviewing candidates
·
Managing the full cycle of the onboarding
process
·
Engagement and internal
communications
·
Diversity & Inclusion projects
·
Learning and Development projects
·
Managing staff benefits
·
Employee relations, dealing with
queries
·
Updating HR policies/procedures
Ideal Candidate:
·
Experience
of being a standalone HR generalist
·
Experience of UK employment law
·
Knowledge of IR35 beneficial
·
Experience of providing interim
support in SMEs ideally
·
Retail/Sports sector experience
ideal
·
Ideally CIPD qualified with strong
HR/people management experience
·
Strong attention to detail and
highly organised
This is a full time role, 35 hours weekly, 25 days holiday,
pension scheme, must be happy to work remotely, immediately available to commit
to a 6 month fixed term contract.
