Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Admin / Operations Coordinator to support the team. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative roles, and is confident interacting with high-level professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive minute-taking from audio tapes dictated by senior leadership (several per week)
  • Email management & archiving – ensuring a clear and organised inbox system
  • Meet & greet duties/FOH
  • Preparing drinks, managing meeting rooms and coordinating board meeting bookings
  • Managing office supplies
  • Providing consistent, dependable support

What We’re Looking For:
  • Happy to go into the office 5 days a week
  • Strong audio typing / transcription skills
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Warm, professional communication style
  • A dependable “steady eddy” who enjoys routine and stability
  • Confident reporting into and taking direction from senior members of the team
  • Professional and polished
