The role:

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound client communications with confidence and professionalism
- Providing high-quality telephone and administrative support within a fast-paced financial environment
- Preparing, reviewing, and drafting accurate written correspondence and documentation
- Maintaining precise client records and ensuring data integrity across internal systems
- Supporting compliance and operational processes where required
- Assisting the wider team with general coordination and administrative tasks

You will bring:
- Previous experience within an administrative, client support, financial services, or professional services role

- Experience within legal, regulatory, or compliance-focused environments would be advantageous
