Our client a cool , innovative sustainability tech focussed business is experiencing exponential growth and are looking for new temporary members of their customer care team. You’ll be working with the UK clients of their green-tech platform and working to solve basic issues they are experiencing. The role is highly customer focused so a great phone manner, confident approach and a warm, energetic approach to customer care are key to their brand. They have a great permanent team of agents, including a brilliant core of brilliant Team Leaders, as well as those who are temping. This could be those who are temping for a few months on a working holiday visa - with lots of temps the last couple of years from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or the US who’ve found a great landing spot in central London!
