A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright, ambitious and people-focused graduate to join our team here at Angela Mortimer on the first step of our graduate development programme.
Our graduate scheme offers hands-on experience, direct leadership exposure and a clear pathway into business support recruitment.
The scheme will start you off as an Operations Coordinator and from day one, you’ll gain insight into how a high-performing business operates while building the confidence, commercial awareness and leadership skills that will accelerate your career.
After 3-6 months of fully getting to know the business, Operations Coordinator’s will then be in the perfect position to move into a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, working directly under one of our Divisional Leaders.
📍 Soho, London (Office-Based)

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all candidates and clients.
- Managing incoming calls and office coordination.
- Supporting strategic projects through research and analysis.
- Leading productive feedback meetings and driving team outcomes.
- Supporting candidate registration and onboarding documentation.
- Working directly with senior leaders and the CEO.
- Accurate data input.
- CV sourcing.
- Event coordination, including high profile company events.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll quickly become a trusted and valued member of the business.
