Developing Careers for Office Staff

We are currently working with a high growth sustainable tech business based West End/ Holborn (in office role). They have grown by nearly 50% in the last 12 months and are now the UK leaders in their field of sustainable energy. PE backed and with big expansion plans they are at a brilliant point in their growth cycle to join!

You’ll be part of their customer first team dealing with the inbound calls from customers with issues with their electricity. This means having a good telephone manner, being able to update the CRM while speaking to the customer and taking them through the initial triage. The company have great training and onboarding and you’ll work as part of small team of between 5 and 10 staff and lead by one of their brilliant Team Leaders. This means there’s always someone to ask when you’re not sure how to handle something! This is fun, social environment but with clear workload and KPIs.

Personality wise, the willingness to lean and having a positive and can-do attitude are most important. It would help if you have some previous customer service experience but we’re happy to hear from anyone who is interested and happy in a telephone based role.
