Boutique Investment Bank based in Mayfair is currently recruiting an experienced graduate PA to join a sociable, dynamic team including a Vice President and two Junior Associates.  Duties include extensive diary management, answering incoming calls from clients, monitoring emails, managing post and couriers, running in-house events (post Covid) and providing office maintenance and facilities support, you will also provide overflow support to the EA to the MD when on annual leave.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 5 years PA experience within boutique finance/corporate/professional services firms.  Any fluency in European languages is beneficial but not essential.  A service orientated, professional, organised work ethic is key along with a flexible approach able to respond to any urgent requests or additional hours.
