Administrator for Property Company (ID:4559)
Our fantastic client, a successful Property company, has an awesome
opportunity for an Administrator. They have a friendly and focused environment and
pride themselves on their opportunities for internal progression.
We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail,
has an approachable personality and oozes natural confidence! The ideal candidate
will be proficient in all Microsoft packages, including Teams. It is unlikely
the role will be in the office until after 21st June, therefore
strong Wi-Fi connection and an ability to work independently is essential. Two
years of practical corporate office experience is preferable, this does not
need to be in property; the client is happy to offer training to give an understanding
of the market and their focus.
The duties for this role involve:
Operations Support
Assisting with
marketing and deal progression of properties
Tracking and handling enquiries received
Preparing and managing documents
and information sources
Investment Committee Process Support
Taking minutes for senior
stakeholders
Collating plans and
documents
Document Management
Preparing ad-hoc correspondence
Scanning and
uploading documents
Preparing internal information
packs
And much more!
This is a varied and busy 9 - 5:30 role in the City of London and
