French speaking Graduate required for Graduate Operations Co-ordinator role in International Recruitment company.  You will have the opportunity to work as a Trainee operations coordinator before being placed within a team to work as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Duties will involve interviewing candidates, attending client meetings, short listing roles and organising candidate interviews and taking candidates from interview to offer stage as well a developing new client relations with French speaking clients both in the UK and overseas. You will also attend regular client networking events to bring on new clients. The financial rewards are unlimited and you will have the opportunity to earn commission from day one. There is a clearly defined career path where you will have the opportunity to work up to Team Leader level and grow your own team.
