EA/Office Manager in Hedge Fund (ID:562)

A boutique hedge fund in the West End with an entrepreneurial edge is seeking and EA/Office Manager to support two of the co-founders. The role will be split into EA and Office Management duties. Assistant duties will include diary management, contact management, private and household supporting including private projects and event management. Office management duties will include liaising with suppliers, clients and visitors and the implementation of IT projects and events including conference room management, managing the office budget and maintaining and implementing office budgets and supplies.
Previous EA experience at Director level is required demonstrating solid EA and office management experience.
This role is also so much about personality and chemistry and a real sense or entrepreneurship. You will demonstrate experience is a client facing role and someone who is used to working in fast-paced international working environment with international exposure. A dog love is also a must as the owner's dog is often in the office. This is a replacement role and offer a may/june start for the right candidate.
