Our client is a small subsidiary based in central London with connections globally, who are growing their small team of 10. The role involves managing the whole customer care process, from speaking on the phone to potential customers, to responding to complaints via phones and email. The candidate will also be working closely with the marketing team, in order to help maintain an excellent brand image.
