We have an international investment company seeking a Team Assistant to join their fast paced and outgoing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a couple years experience working as an office administrator and can prove their experience in a busy office.
They are looking for a bright, ambitious and willing to learn individual, who wishes to succeed in the administrative positions. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 8 active and sociable investors. Assisting with their diary management, organising meetings and assisting with collating research. You would be dealing with clients externally as well as interacting with board members, experience of this support is preferable.
